"My flight was delayed by 4 hours which meant I was arriving very late at night. The company and driver monitored the flight arrival time and arrived exactly as I was coming out of the airport, saving me any charge for waiting time which would have been a lot given the long delay, and meaning I didn't have to worry about getting back to London from Luton late at night.
I thought the service was excellent, especially as I had only booked the transfer the same day."
